NEW ASSISTANT PRINCIPAL FOR AMS-2014-2015
Erik Jensen comes to AMS next year with a wide variety of special and general education experiences. Erik is currently employed in D300 as a special education teacher at DCHS and is an active participant in our D300 community.
Erik’s passion for teaching and coaching was apparent in his interviews and the team was very impressed with his knowledge of middle and high school students. Erik will bring over 10 years of coaching experience in football, basketball, wrestling, softball and volleyball at the middle and high school levels to AMS. His professional experiences include: 9th-12th Grade Educational Services teacher in English and Social Studies at Dundee-Crown High School, middle school Special Education teacher in Language Arts and Pre-Algebra and High School Social Studies, Health and Driver’s Education Teacher at Lutherbrook Academy.
