2008 Holiday Literacy Donation Program

Algonquin Middle School has been chosen as a participant in the 2008 Holiday Literacy Donation program sponsored by the Illinois Literacy Foundation (ILF). We have been matched with the following Borders store:

From Monday, November 24th through Wednesday, December 31, all customers at the above Borders store will be asked if they would like to donate $1 (or more) to benefit a local literacy program (the AMS library/media center).

To help promote the event, several Beta students from AMS will be manning a gift wrap station on December 6th from 9am - 4pm.

Any support would be appreciated!

2008-2009 Bell Schedules

The 2008-2009 AMS bell schedules are found by clicking on the link in the blue box to the right. All AMS classes for the 2008-2009 school year begin promptly at 8:45 AM and end at 3:30 PM. Please note that these are revised times from the previous year.

School Office Hours

The AMS school office (847-658-2545) is open 7:15 am to 4:15 pm beginning September 2, 2008. Summer hours are 7:00 am to 3:30 pm.
